These starter terms and notices describe the current demonstration. They are not an attorney-reviewed compliance certification and will need review before a commercial launch.
Planning and demo data
The browser demo stores planning details, selected providers, requests, theme preferences and Vendor Demo edits in browser storage. These demo records do not sync between devices. Anyone with access to your browser may be able to view them. Do not enter sensitive personal information or real guest lists into the demo.
Accounts and connected services
If you create or use an account, the account service processes the information you submit, including your email and profile details, for sign-in and account features. Browser-local demo requests remain separate from account records. Hosting, authentication, image and map providers may process technical request information such as IP addresses. Location features may process a place you enter or a location you choose to share.
Your choices
You can explore the demo without creating an account. You can change theme preferences, decline browser location permission, and clear this site's browser data through your browser settings. Clearing browser data removes local demo records and cannot be undone. It does not delete account records held by connected services.
Questions and account data
Use Contact Arivvio for questions about data or account records, including requests to review or delete account information. Do not send passwords or sensitive documents. This pre-beta notice does not promise a fixed retention period or a level of security that has not been verified.

This notice will be updated as the product's data practices change. Check the date above before using new account, booking or communication features.
